FortifyFL is a suspicious activity reporting tool designed for residents of Fort Pierce FL, including students at Independence Classical Academy, a tuition-free school. This app enables you to instantly relay information to the appropriate law enforcement agencies and school officials.
According to Florida Statute 943.082, if an investigation reveals that a person knowingly submitted a false tip through FortifyFL, the Internet protocol (IP) address of the device used for the report will be shared with law enforcement for further investigation. Additionally, the individual reporting may face criminal penalties under s.837.05. In all other scenarios, unless the reporting party has chosen to disclose their identity, the report will remain anonymous.
