Nikita Lloyd is a 20-year St. Lucie County resident with a driven desire to see our community and most importantly, ICA excel to excellence. Mrs. Lloyd is excited to join our team as the ESE Compliance Specialist, where she will ensure all students at ICA can participate in curricular activities and demonstrate an increased cognitive understanding in all areas.

Mrs. Lloyd worked as an ESE Specialist and Department Administrator while coordinating many programs at Fort Pierce Central High School, such as AICE-Cambridge University, Young Floridian Scholarship Program, PBIS (Positive Behavior Intervention, and Support), to name a few.

Mrs. Lloyd earned her B.S. in Exceptional Student Education at Indian River State College, her M.Ed. in Education Administration and Leadership at American College of Education; she has her Reading Endorsement, and is certified in ESOL (English as a Second Language).

Both Mrs. Lloyd and her husband Rhett have been heavily involved in the successes of our school and continue to find ways to support our mission. Their daughter attends 5th grade at ICA and Mrs. Lloyd exudes excitement for both her and all the other children on our beautiful campus.
